The first ' people will get complimentary samples of ethnic foods including Greek, Middle Eastern, Italian, Mexican and Asian.  Live entertainment will include Salsa and other international dancing, Karate tips and an African Drum Circle.  Visitors will also enjoy the Traveling Museum of Afrikan Ancestry and Research Center as well as various vendors selling their handmade goods.
