This day-camp program is coordinated by the University of Michigan-Flint Recreation Center in collaboration with the Flint Cultural Center Corporation and the Michigan Council for Arts and Cultural Affairs. Camp programs help meet educational needs for parents (great hours for parents that work) while children are experiencing a unique weekly offering of academic, cultural, and recreational opportunities designed to enlighten and inspire their desire to learn! Educational...Safe...Convenient...Enriching...Fun! This week features the UM-Flint Recreation Center (open to ages 8-11). New this year, JUST SPORTS is for kids who love playing backyard sports. Soccer, floor hockey, flag football will be featured. Sportsmanship, basic rules, and recreational fun will be key components.
