To mark the Flint Cultural Center Children's Celebration, here's a double feature of all-ages French fare, presented in newly restored versions. The Academy Award-winning "Red Balloon" is a simple tale about a young boy and a stray balloon. "White Mane" concerns a magnificent stallion from a pack of wild horses who is too proud to be broken in by humans.
