Flint's Riverbank Park will be the site of 'Around the World in the Park' hosted by the Flint Club. The event will take place from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and is open to the public and free of charge. The first 150 people will get complimentary samples of ethnic foods including Greek, Middle Eastern, Italian, Mexican and Asian. Live entertainment will include Salsa and other international dancing, Karate tips and an African Drum Circle. Visitors will also enjoy the Traveling Museum of Afrikan Ancestry and Research Center as well as various vendors selling their handmade goods. Additionally crafts from different countries will be available for adults and children to make during the event.
