The Wiz, a musical based on The Wizard of Oz by L. Frank Baum, renews our kinship with Dorothy, Scarecrow, the tin Man, the Cowardly Lion from the wonderful Wizard of Oz in this soulful version of the classic. The Wiz, based on a book by Willam F. Brown and music by Charlie Smalls, will run October 2 through October 25, 2008.
