Free Admission - No registration necessary - You must be 16 years of age or older to attend. Workout, Pamper Yourself, and Shop Until You Drop! Thursday, March 19, 2009, 4-8 p.m. Event will be held at the UM-Flint Recreation Center located on campus. Park in adjacent Mill Street parking deck. Free exercise classes offered this evening include: Zumba, Hip Hop, Chilates, Aqua Fitness, Gentle Yoga, Spinning, Latin Dance, Chair Yoga, Kickboxing, Belly Dance, Lower Body Blast, Straight Up Step, and Low Impact Aerobics. Shop the Marketplace! Specialty goods, Chair Massages, Holistic Health Vendors, Hourly Prize Giveaways and MUCH MORE! At the event pick up a vase full of daffodils to support the American Cancer Society! $10 for bouque or $15 bouquet with vase.
