Artifacts and objects help us understand the past. Many times, these items are underground. Why is archeology important? Who are archeologists and what do they do? Take a close-up look (and feel!) at some Mid-Michigan treasures. Guest: Don Simmons, President, Saginaw Valley Chapter of the Michigan Archeological Society Recommended for ages 8-12 There will be an activity offered for siblings ages 4-7.
