"Hangin Out" is about a group of youth who believe that idle time does not have to be the devil's workshop. They, instead, spend their idle time putting together a talent show in the neighborhood park to display their skills. They literally bring the park to life, but so do the other zany characters who also call the park home. The plot centers around the efforts of one participant who places her own selfish ambitions above that of the group by scheming to "fix" the outcome of the talent search so that she can claim the grand prize--a touring contract with a special superstar mystery guest. This musical is full of family fun and excitement!" Previews will be limited to two performances, i.e. the Friday and Saturday evenings prior to opening week. Regular Performances are Thursdays and Fridays at 8:00 p.m. and Saturdays at 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. for the length of the run. Advance Tickets, Group and Buy-the-House rates available.
