    WOMEN’S NIGHT OUT is Thursday, March 25, 2010, 4-8 p.m. Workout, pamper yourself, and shop until you drop! This evening full of fun and fitness is planned with women in mind. Admission is free and held annually at the UM-Flint Recreation Center. Women ages 16 and older from Flint and the surrounding communities are invited to attend. This event offers an opportunity to experience many different ways to add fitness into your life. Classes offered include: Ashtanga Yoga, Aqua Fitness, Bootcamp, BOSU, Chair Yoga, Fit Ball, Gentle Yoga, Group Personal Training, Hip Hop, Kickboxing, Lower Body Blast, Low Impact Aerobics, Pilates, Straight Up Step, Yoga, and Zumba.™ Our marketplace features opportunities for participants to shop, get holistic health information, learn more about vital community services, and attend University Dining chef cooking demonstration. The Fitness Café will be open throughout the evening for food purchases as well. Please note that massage therapy chair massages will be available at $1 per minute. Hourly door prizes will be given throughout the evening which includes a 6-month UM-Flint Recreation Center membership as well as items generously donated by the 60+ marketplace vendors. This event coincides with the American Cancer Society’s Daffodil Days Fundraiser! Daffodil bouquets ($10 each) and daffodil bouquets in vases ($15 each) will be delivered to the UM-Flint Recreation Center on the morning of the 25th and will be available at Women’s Night Out (while supplies last). Contact the UM-Flint Recreation Center if you would like to support the American Cancer Society Fundraiser and have your bouquets reserved for you to pick up that evening.
