    "Make A Splash Read" Children's Summer Reading Program at the Flint Public Library-Main, Cody Branch, North Flint Branch and West Flint Branch. This program is for children in grades pre-school through 6th grade. Children read at their own pace and enjoy activities from lunch on the lawn, to arts and crafts, visits by live animals and other great summer activities. The Flint Public Library offers a variety of activities and a range of reading materials to accommodate diverse learners and learning styles. Summer reading helps children maintain achievement and prepare for a successful fall. It doesn’t matter what kind of material they like to read, only that children continue to read over the summer. The Flint Public Library’s Summer Reading Program continues through July 28. For details call the Flint Public Library - Children's Department at 810.249-2170.
