FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
Satora's Black History Corner presents a Birthday celebration and exhibit of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., along with artworks of Jerry Williams, formerly of Flint, Michigan. Friday, January 14, 2011 at Pages Bookstore, 132 W. Second St., downtown Flint during 2nd. Friday "Artwalk," held from 6:00 - 9:00 p. m.
Satora's program begins at 7:00 p. m., with Guest Speaker Professor George Moss, University of Michigan-Flint and Guitarist Rich Small, as our musical entertainment. The exhibit of "Jerry Williams" courtesy of Satora's Black History Corner and Cathy Johnson, will be on display throughout the month February. Refreshments will be served.
Satora's Black History Corner a. k. a. Kathryn Hunter-Williams, former Curator of the Traveling Museum of Afrikan Ancestry & Research Center. Satora's program can be seen on the 2nd & 4th Monday of each month @ 3:30 p. m., on www.flinttalkadio.com
