For two years Flint has been host to the Punk Rock Rummage Sale, a mixture of punk rock music and garage sale; a place where art, craft, clothing, and any castaway coolness that people want to pass on. For the three shows we have done this has been a place for people to come and unwind with a DJ, get their drink on, and check out the amazing deals people have in the warm environment of the local pub. With an emphasis on providing a place that is fun and comfortable for the sellers and the patrons, we have created an event like nothing else in Flint and now we’re ready to change things up a little.

On Saturday, April 30th we will celebrate our fourth Punk Rock Rummage Sale in Flint by offering two venues and day and night vending. We want to offer people a chance to take part who have never been able to before due to the event being held at night.

From Noon to 4 PM we will be at 625 S. Saginaw Street, the home of two of the PRRS founders and a funky space that used to house a medical supply store and will soon be the home of a new gallery in Flint. We will be joined by musician Ryan Gregory, who will provide the music.

In the evening we will be at Churchill’s, an historic pub in downtown Flint that is right across from the University of Michigan – Flint and near a large free parking lot, and, again, is on Saginaw Street. Here we will have DJ Michael A spinning punk tunes all night and if you prefer a drink, some music, and a pub atmosphere then this is your place.

This event is FREE to attend.
