"When I Lay My Burden Down" is the truly uplifting performance of African American Heritage through music, dance and narration. "When I lay My Burden Down" features the talents of Sylvia Pittman, Artistic Director and FSPA Voice Department Chair, Creative Expressions Dance Studio and the Flint Jubilee Chorale. Reception follows.
Part of the Black Classical Music Family Festival, a ten day event celebrating Black musical contribution at the Flint Institute of Music.
