The Friends of Modern Art film series at the Flint Institute of Arts continues with the official programs of the most recent Oscar nominees in the live-action and animated shorts categories. Among the movies to be presented are the respective winners: “Piper,” the wordless Pixar film that took the Academy Award for best animated short, and “Sing,” the live-action winner from Hungary.
