The Friends of Modern Art film series at the Flint Institute of Arts presents two-time Oscar winner Cate Blanchett in a showcase of her formidable acting range. She appears in a baker’s-dozen set of striking vignettes that weave together history’s most impassioned artistic statements. The film, writes Rolling Stone, “becomes a tribute to the actor – and to the process of acting itself.”
