A Merry, Merry McCree Christmas

The Floyd J. McCree Theatre, 2040 W. Carpenter Road, Flint, is presenting its annual Holiday production, A Merry, Merry McCree Christmas, December 21 – 23, 2017.  Performances are at 7:00 p.m. Thursday and Friday, and 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. This year’s event features the greatest voices in the Greater Flint Area lifting up the Christmas Season with song, with choral arrangements, vocal group harmony, and solo offerings.

The song list for the production reads like a Who’s Who of Christmas Carols, vocal group renderings, rhythm and blues numbers, all accented by some familiar Motown songs. Merry, Merry McCree Christmas is directed by Lawrence Young with music directed by Phillip Young.

To ensure this Season’s production is affordable to everyone wishing to attend, McCree Theatre has reduced its admission rates to a flat $10.00 for general admission, and $5.00 for students and seniors.  Thursday is 2 for 1 night, two are admitted for $10.00. Groups and families are encouraged to attend.
