SLPR Historic Cemeteries of Flint & Genesee County

Learn about the funerary and burial traditions of different cultures from around the world.  Explore the local history and origins of cemetaries in the Flint and Genesee County area.  Disover why preserving our cemeteries is important in documenting the history of our towns and cities.  This outreach program is brought to you by the Ruth Mott Foundation and the Sloan Longway in Flint.

The Fenton Community and Culrual Center is managed by the Southern Lakes Parks & Recreation. The facility can be rented for special occasions. Please contact us if you have any upcoming events.
