    Rain: A Tribute to The Beatles The Whiting Rain: A Tribute to The Beatles Presented by The Whiting at The Whiting February 8-February 9, 2012 Direct from their phenomenally successful Broadway engagement, the internationally-acclaimed Beatles concert, RAIN makes its first ever appearance at The Whiting! In a show the Denver Post calls “the next best thing to seeing The Beatles,” RAIN boasts a repertoire of nearly 200 Beatlemaniac favorites, ranging from such beloved songs as “Yesterday” and “Hey Jude” to classic hits including “Revolution” and “Come Together.”

      Queen Mad was true to her character's allure. Enchanting, dangerous and effortless in movement. Juliet was the picture of innocence and young love. Overall, the choreography was amazing. This version is filled with symbols and imagery in hopes of bring the full scope of Shakespeare's tragic tale to life. The problem is that, one got lost in the imagery. It was more like a labyrinth than a love story. Reading the program did not help. Over all, it was a great performance. Just bring a cliff note along. Collapse
