Character Development teaches program participants the four cornerstones of true character: caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility. The Flint YMCA's commitment to character development makes its programs extraordinarily valuable to our community. Everyone involved from staff to volunteers is committed to accepting the role of a teacher of values as an integral part of his or her job.
