During the Advocacy in Actions group you will have an opportunity to meet Stephanie White, Executive Director of Equality Michigan. She will share with the group the state of LGBT Equality in MI, and what the plans our for over the next few years to gain full equality. We will learn what we as individuals can do to advocate for this equality.

3:15-5:00 Cook “Out”
Time to come together share some yummy food and fellowship with one another! This bring a dish to pass if able; PFLAG provides hamburgers, hot dogs, veggie burgers, beverages and table service.

***We ask that you RSVP by July 6th to let us know how many people to expect, and also your meat or veggie preference. If you can also give an indication of the dish you will bring to pass (if able), it will help keep variety. Thanks!

***Looking forward to catching up with people that we may have not seen in a little while, and the opportunity to have more time to visit than during a regular monthly meeting.
