The Friends of Modern Art film series at the Flint Institute of Arts presents a strange-but-true origin story of sorts about the creator of the comic-book and movie icon Wonder Woman.
Harvard psychologist William Moulton Marston created the iconic character of Wonder Woman in the 1940s – but lived a secret life that would have shocked comic-book readers. Luke Evans, Rebecca Hall and Connie Britton co-star in a 108-minute, R-rated film.
