Kimberly Weymers

I am a self-taught, self-representing artist, currently living in Davison MI, USA. I have been creating art in one form or another since my early childhood years. I am continually interested in learning new techniques and methods, always creating new original works of art. I feel my art is an expression of my inspiration and excitement for love and life. I have only just begun to make my work available to the public. Nothing brings me more joy then to glide my brush across an empty canvas, and give it life. Each piece is a result of an emotion I feel, and my ability to visually translate that emotion with color, movement and texture. I try to express whatever has inspired me in a way as to evoke the viewers own imagination, and ultimately create fine contemporary abstract art pieces. I work with many types of fine professional grade acrylic, oils, and other mediums on acid-free canvas with gallery wrapped edges, which allow me to put my unique flare into each piece. I am also currently working as a fine art photographer.
