2nd Annual Fantasy and Sci-Fi Show

CALL TO ARTISTS

Work Media:  Photography, metal, acrylic, oil, mixed media, textiles, glass.

Age group: 5 years to 105

Entry Fee: no entry fee for 5 to 12 y/o artists.

$5.00 fee will be charged for 13 to 18 y/o artists,

$20.00 entry fee for 19 y/o to 105.

Entry Requirements:

No art pieces bigger than 30 x 30.
Each piece needs a title, what medium it is. Piece needs to have been made in last 2 years.
No nudes
All entries must have fantasy or sci-fi theme.
All hanging artwork, must have wire on back.

Timeline: Oct. 10th – Oct. 24th

Entries Due:  We will accept entries from Oct. 5th – 8th.  Please drop off at gallery during business hours.

8048 Miller Rd. Ste. G, Swartz Creek MI 48473  Hours: Tue- Fri 12 -5 and Saturday 12-4.

Pickup Artwork by: Oct. 27th or 28th during business hours

Publicity:  Art show will be posted on Facebook, Instagram, The View newspaper, our website.

We will need a signed form, saying we can post your artwork on these forums.

Sales: If you choose to sell your piece, the gallery keeps 30% and you get 70%.

We will not be having a reception.  Voting will take place during business hours, so encourage your friends and family to come in an vote.

Prizes:

5 to 12y/old – 1st prize $25.00 gift card,2nd  prize – $15.00 gift card, 3rd prize $10.00 giftcard

13 y/o to 18y/old – 1st prize – $75.00, 2nd  prize – $50.00, 3rd  prize – $25.00

19 y/o to adult – 1st prize – $300.00, 2nd  prize – $200.00, 3rd  prize – $100.00
