Saturday, April 2, and Sunday, April 3, 2022
The Founders Society of the Flint Institute of Arts announces a two-day, in-door Fine Crafts Fair featuring women’s jewelry, attire, accessories, and spring-related items of interest to women. Our inaugural First Bloom! in 2019 at the Flint Farmers’ Market was very well received, however space constraints at the Market severely limited the number of artists who could exhibit. First Bloom! in 2020 and 2021 was cancelled due to the pandemic. In 2022 the fair will be held inside the amazing new Flint Cultural Center Academy (FCCA). We are excited about the opportunity to hold First Bloom! in this remarkable facility. We expect to have a memorable show for the artists and the community.
Indoor space for up to 50 artists expected to be available.
All artists will be juried. Judging criteria based upon artistic quality and uniqueness of design.
(No antiques or mass-produced items. All items must be hand-made by the artist.)
