"Barefoot in the Park" by Neil Simon

Presented by Flint Community Players at Flint Community Players, Flint MI

Nov 08 - 18 2018

This delightful comedy by Neil Simon is a classic about love, life and holding it all together when you are just starting out. Eccentric characters surround them and test their own skills of matchmaking.

Paul and Corie Bratter are newlyweds in every sense of the word. Paul is straight-laced and Corie just wants to have fun. The ecstasy of the honeymoon gives way to the reality of setting up housekeeping in a five-floor walk-up. The harmony of marriage turns to comical discord. They get a surprise visit from Corie\’s loopy mother and decide to play  matchmaker during a dinner with their neighbor-in-the-attic, where everything that can go wrong…..does. PG
