Fallen Heroes Exhibit

The gallery wanted to honor fallen heroes and embarked on a path to do this by working with Gold Star families.  The families have shared photographs and stories of their loved ones with the gallery.  These items were delivered to an artist along with the materials needed to complete a portrait of that hero.  Additionally, two veterans are doing soundscapes of the heroes’ stories to coincide with the exhibit.  There are a number of heroes that are being honored from World War II era through 2022 with one hero being a Medal of Honor recipient.  At the end of the exhibit, the families will be gifted the portraits.

There is a private viewing of the exhibit for the families and their friends from 5-6:00 pm on May 27th followed by the opening reception from 6-8:00 pm where the families will be able to meet the artists.
