ENROLLMENT IS EASY AS: (1) Address Verification: ID, Utility Bill and Lease (2) Birth Certificate and Immunization Records and (3) Complete the Enrollment Forms. Enrollment takes 15 – 20 minutes, per scholar (student). Enrolling your FCS scholar is by appointment only, please call 810-767-6111 to schedule an appointment.
