Get Fit In Flint - Free Fitness Class

Free outdoor workout designed to encourage physical activity and healthy lifestyle. Suitable for all levels of fitness.

Join Marquita, a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor, for a calorie burning workout suitable for all levels of fitness. The class includes a mix of cardio and strengthening exercises, plus a live DJ to keep the fitness party jumping.

This is a 4-week series that will take place every Wednesday in August at Brush Park (also known as \”the Flint sign\”) located in downtown Flint, MI. You may elect a single class or sign up for all four classes.
