The Friends of Modern Art film series at the Flint Institute of Arts presents the story of a father and his daughter who connect through music.
Nick Offerman portrays the father who forms an unlikely songwriting duo with his daughter in the summer before she leaves for college. Blythe Danner, Toni Collette, Ted Danson and young Kiersey Clemons (“a luminous presence,” lauds Variety) also star.
