Free Drop In Yoga
You heard that right. Free Yoga every Wednesday sponsored by The Flint Local 432 and Howl and Heal Sanctuary, LLC. Join us for an hour of rejuvenating Yoga where we explore the 8 limbs of Yoga while we strengthen our minds, bodies, and souls. Please bring your own mat and water. Extra mats will be available for those who don’t have one. Please be respectful of the other students and myself and stay home if you do not feel well.
