Humanity in Harmony Music Festival

Presented by Flint Jewish Federation at Flint Institute of Music, Flint MI

Oct 20 2018
Humanity in Harmony Music Festival

The 6th Humanity in Harmony Music Festival will showcase artists and instruments from different cultures stringing diversity together, a journalist in residence and an opportunity for local high school students to win over $1,000 in prizes.

Daniel Pearl World Music Days is about creating a “dialogue in music.” Daniel Pearl was not only a well-respected reporter; he was also an accomplished violinist! The Daniel Pearl Foundation keeps his memory alive through music; there are Daniel Pearl World Music Days concerts all over the world. The Pearl family wanted their son to be remembered for what he loved, not how he died; that’s why they created Daniel Pearl World Music Days.
