Kuungana Conference 2018

A festive African Drum and Dance workshop and concert featuring many master dancers and drummers from all over the world.

Join us during the weekend of November 9-11 and learn the art of West African drum and dance throughout the weekend with workshops featuring master dancers and drummers from around the world.  See attached workshop schedule and instructors.  On Saturday night (Nov. 10) we will be presenting the conference concert at 8PM.  The concert features our own Kuungana dancers, Assane Konte from Kankouran West African Dance Company in Washington D.C.,  and Idy Ciss,  The concert is full of West

ADMISSION INFO

Price to attend one workshop is $15 for adults and $8 for children 6 and under.

Friday the 9th of November is Youth Night.  Youth 12 and under one price $10.

The price for a ticket for the concert on Saturday the 10th of November is $15 for adults and $10 for children 12 and under.
