Multi Media Workshop with Susan Hagen

Swartz Creek Art Gallery, 8048 Miller Rd., Ste G. — Mixed Media Workshop.  Saturday, January 28, 2017, 11am to 3pm.    Susan Hagen is a multi-published mixed media collage artist who creates beautiful and powerful feminine portraits.  Through a skillful combination of color, symbolism and ornamentation each piece is transported to a different time and place.  The process utilizes unrelated designs, motifs and layers of paper that are manipulated to create balance and harmony where there appears to be none.  Each participant should bring a 5×7 glossy print of their preferred female image (not an original as it will be used in creating your own masterpiece).  All additional supplies are provided.  Cost: $65.
