Plein Air Watercolor Workshop

Learn how to paint on location with watercolor!

Plein air painting is about experiencing painting and drawing in landscape.  This class will cover these aspects and engage artists to explore new techniques.  Snacks and drinks will be provided.

Participants will need to bring:

Watercolor paint – one tube of each primary color

Watercolor block or stretched paper, 14×20 or smaller

Brushes -flat wash, #12, and #8 round brush

Water dish, pencil, kneaded eraser, portable easel or board for lap, visor
