The Catcher Was a Spy

The Friends of Modern Art film series at the Flint Institute of Arts presents a strange-but-true story of a baseball player and his secret life.

Paul Rudd stars in the tale of big-league catcher Moe Berg, who lived a double life in the 1930s and ’40s as part of the precursor to the CIA.  The home-run cast also includes Connie Nielsen, Jeff Daniels, Mark Strong, Paul Giamatti, Guy Pearce, Sienna Miller, and Tom Wilkinson.
