The Friends of Modern Art film series at the Flint Institute of Arts presents a musical drama set in Scotland but with an American country flair.

A musician from Glasgow yearns to achieve the unlikely goal of Nashville stardom. Irish actress-singer Jessie Buckley appears in the lead breakout role, and Julie Walters and Sophie Okonedo are also in the cast.
