Vicki Frappier is a mixed media artist and teacher from Flushing, Michigan. She has worked with the Greater Flint Arts Council, Shiawassee Arts Council, Left Bank Gallery, Clio Art Society, Flint Institute of Arts, and has taught through the Flushing Community School System. Her work has been exhibited at numerous Michigan art galleries and in federally funded displays.
