I am inspired by nature and combine this with my passion for the creative process.

My current body of work focuses on the processes of creating with glass and ceramic materials. Art pieces have an underlying focus on a balance between unity and compatibility, while utilizing components found in our natural environment of the Great Lakes region.

It is my hope that through understanding artistic processes and the incorporation of science to create an artwork can enhance awareness and appreciation. It is my desire to create artwork will help others see and respect the beauty of our natural environment.
