During the City of Fenton’s downtown JingleFest celebration on December 3, 2022, the Fenton Arts Council and Kiwanis of Fenton will be handing out free Art Bags to children between 3pm & 5pm.  Each art bag will contain materials and instructions on making an art project at home.
