A feisty parolee named Percy follows her dreams of a new life to a small town in Wisconsin and finds a place for herself working at Hannah’s Spitfire Grill, the main source of hope (and income) in a boring desolate town. The Grill is for sale, but there are no takers. Percy comes up with a solution, to raffle it off! Entry fees are one hundred dollars and the best essay on “why you want the Spitfire Grill” wins. Soon, mail arrives by the wheelbarrow from all across the nation and thousands of people find the hope of a new beginning in this tiny eatery. Based on the hit 1996 film, The Spitfire Grill is a heartwarming and inspirational musical tale of redemption, perseverance, and family.
