Rock of Ages is a Tony Award-nominated musical that premiered on Broadway in 2009. It is about a small-town girl and a city boy who fall in love while working on the Sunset Strip in 1987. When the bar is about to be demolished, the wannabe rockers and their friends must save the day and the music. The musical is set to classic rock songs from the 1980s, including songs by Styx, Journey, Bon Jovi, Pat Benatar, Twisted Sister, Steve Perry, Poison, and Europe.
