Smarter Girls Day Camp will be offered on July 23-24, 2016 from 9:00am to 4:30pm each day.  The purpose of the camp is to create interest in math and science careers for girls as well as teach how these skills apply to better living.  Girls aged 8-14 are eligible to participate.  The day camp will offer many science and math hands-on workshops as well as team and personal leadership building exercises.  Smarter Girls Day Camp will be held at Kettering University in Flint, MI.  The cost for participants is $20 which includes all materials and food.  Scholarships are available.  Please provide your own transportation.  Applications and more information can be obtained by visiting www.smartergirls.org.  Participants must apply by July 9, 2016 and space is limited to 45 campers.
