Presented by First Presbyterian Chruch of Flint and the Flint Athletes for Better Education at Atwood Stadium

Join the Fresh Flint Festival Saturday, July 23 from 1 p.m. until 5 p.m. at Flint’s
Atwood Stadium, 701 University Dr., Flint, MI 48503. This free festival offers an afternoon of
fun activities that promote healthy living. The Fresh Flint Festival is an event for city residents
that encourages physical fitness and provides educational information about mitigating the
effects of lead poisoning.
The Fresh Flint Festival offers a wide range of activities for all ages. There will be professional
sports celebrities, carnival games, art activities, bounce houses and many more fun events for
the whole family. Take part in the Punt, Pass and Kick with NFL celebrities, and shoot hoops
with NBA players. The festival will feature appearances by Brandon Carr, Morris Peterson, Mark
Ingram Jr., Mark Ingram Sr., Robaire Smith and Tito Horford, among others. Local and regional
organizations will be on-hand to entertain festival goers with hands-on activities and
presentations.
The Fresh Flint Festival is designed to unite our community in compassion and renew
commitment and hope for our future together. In the event of rain, the festival will be
relocated to the Dort Federal Events Center, 3501 Lapeer Rd, Flint, MI 48503. This festival is
proudly sponsored by the First Presbyterian Church of Flint and FABE (Flint Athletes for Better
Education).
