STEMNETICS provides students with hands-on education and professional development experiences necessary for them to matriculate throughout their educational careers.  We want to afford all students with the opportunity to learn and become engaged in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). During our exciting program students build projects such as; rockets, cars, robots and pinball machines. We want all our students to understand how these hands-on projects relate to the real world and to gain 21st century skill sets

FREE CHILDRENS STEM LEARNING CLASS!

STEMnetics is offering a free STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) class at several locations over the next 6 weeks and sponsored by YMCA safe places.  Classes are for children that are in grades 3rd through 6th grades.  Current classes are teaching solar power! All you have to do is register for free YMCA safe places, classes are below:

Monday’s at 3pm to 4:30p – Berston Field House 3300 Saginaw St, Flint, MI 48505 

Program: Summer solar power (weekly)                 Spots available: 10+

 Tuesday at 3pm to 4:30p – Mount Carmel 1610 W Pierson Rd, Flint, MI 48504

Tuesday at 5pm to 6:30p – Cathedral of Faith      6031 Dupont Flint Michigan 48503

Program: Summer solar power (weekly)                 Spots available: 0 (All sessions full)
