The community group the New Century Chorale is having a concert celebrating the 50th anniversary of the moon landing by singing songs all about the moon.  They will be joined by soloists and instrumentalists and some readings will be done.  One reading will be from President Kennedy’s address to the nation before the historic flight to the moon, something that had never been done before.

The Chorale will be joined by the Grand Blanc West Middle School.

As with every fall concert the chorale does, this one features a charity to support.  This year it is Voices for Children, a wonderful organization that supports children that have to deal with the legal system for one reason or another.
