Buckham Gallery is pleased to announce its November 2019 Exhibitions:
Tommy Mintz: Algorithmic Allegories. Presenting algorithmically crafted images of bustling NYC. Mintz’s Automated Digital Photo Collages feature psychedelic visual echoes. Algorithmic Allegories will also feature an interactive collage being generated live of the views walking around the exhibit.
Thom Sawyer: Selections from: 100 Views of Baylor Canyon, features still landscapes of high desert of southern New Mexico at the foot of the Organ and San Andres Mountains. The drawings encompass many elements of everyday quiet domestic life, made eire by the absence of people.
Sally Strand: Totems. Buckham Member Artist, Strand, creates spiritual objects with natural material such as wood, stone, and metal.
November 2019 Exhibitions to run November 8 – December 7, 2019. Join us for Flint’s Art Walk, November 8, 6 – 9PM. Also November 8th, Artist Talk with New York artist, Tommy Mintz. Mintz will present his work and discuss the process behind his algorithmically generated time lapse collages at 6PM on November 8, 2019.
