Experience the world in a new way through art.
Come and practice mindfulness meditation with this guided painting class. Our goal is to help you learn a new way to connect to your true self, through art! All supplies are provided, but we ask students to please wear “work” clothes and to arrive 15 minutes before class begins to get set up. We hope to see you there!

Our teacher will be Rochelle, a former Painting With A Twist artist and owner of Pickman’s Palette.
