Saturday Evening Concert at the Flint Public Library, May 7, 6:30pm.
Hear Uprizin: Sounds of the Caribbean! Led by virtuoso Trinidadian-born steel drummer Lyndon Sorzano, Uprizin perfoms jazz and contemporary music arranbed for steel drums. The group is a collective of four musicians, backgorund vocalists, lead MC & DJ. This concert is part of the Orlando J. Roberts Concert Series and is funded in part by the A. G. Bishop Trust.
